These data span July 2015 through June 2017 and were used as a primary dataset to generate the Percent New Construction, and Percent Rehabilitation factors in the MVA.

This dataset shows the geographic location of the City’s Reinvestment Areas as included on the map on page 14 of the City’s Comprehensive Housing Policy adopted May 9, 2018. The map shows the adopted “Redevelopment Areas”, “Stabilization Areas” and “Emerging Market Areas”.
