Description
HUD Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects shapefile. This dataset in the shapefile format contains geo-located points of projects in the City of Dallas that have used the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program available through the Department of Housing and Urban Development. These data were used as a primary dataset to generate the Percent Subsidized factor in the MVA.
